Compulsory rent per semester.

Four students sharing one room- Rs 15,000/- per head (Includes Electricity(Cooler), Washing, R.O. Etc)+ mess charges
Two students sharing one room- Rs. 18,000/-per head (Includes Electricity(Cooler), Washing, R.O. Etc) + mess charges.
AC room in sharing basis- Rs. 27,000/- per head (Includes Electricity(Air Condition), Washing, R.O. Etc) + mess charges
